Neither. “Empowered Calm” is structured, but spacious. It’s a guided weekend with time for conversation, reflection, and real-life integration — no pressure to perform or be “perfectly present.”
I’ve never practiced mindfulness before — is this for me?
Yes. Everything we teach is beginner-friendly and rooted in real-world tools. You don’t need prior experience, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
Do I need to share in the group?
Not at all. You’re invited to participate at your own pace. While connection is part of the weekend, you’ll never be asked to share more than you feel comfortable with.
