What To Expect

This weekend blends mindfulness practices, therapeutic tools, and gentle guidance in a small-group setting (max 12 participants).

You’ll experience:
  • A three-day guided group intensive
  • Tools from ACT, MCT, CFT, and mindfulness-based approaches
  • Group connection, solo reflection, and real-time practice
  • Post-weekend integration resources to keep the calm going
You’ll learn how to:
  • Build your resilience by recovering from the stress you’ve already carried
  • Improve your decision-making by learning how to access choice — even in the middle of challenges
  • Navigate the interpersonal aspects of stress — like emotional triggers, relational tension, and conflict

Neither. “Empowered Calm” is structured, but spacious. It’s a guided weekend with time for conversation, reflection, and real-life integration — no pressure to perform or be “perfectly present.”

I’ve never practiced mindfulness before — is this for me?

Yes. Everything we teach is beginner-friendly and rooted in real-world tools. You don’t need prior experience, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

Do I need to share in the group?

Not at all. You’re invited to participate at your own pace. While connection is part of the weekend, you’ll never be asked to share more than you feel comfortable with.
