What To Expect

This intensive blends group support, therapeutic tools, and deep reflection — all in a format that feels safe, structured, and deeply human.

You’ll experience:
  • A 3-day immersive group intensive (max 12 participants)
  • Evidence-based practices from MCT, ACT, CFT, and mindfulness
  • Guided exercises, journaling prompts, and group sharing
  • Practical tools to use long after the weekend ends

We explore how self-doubt shows up not just in your thoughts, but in your relationships, your career, and your self-worth.
You’ll leave with strategies to move through perfectionism — especially in professional spaces where self-doubt is often rewarded as “high standards” or “attention to detail.”

Not at all. While group conversation is encouraged, you’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with. This space is designed to feel safe, gentle, and supportive.

Is this therapy?

This is a personal growth experience, not a therapy group. While we draw on therapeutic tools and principles, the focus is on exploration and self-development in a supportive setting.
