Our work is rooted in mindfulness, compassion and acceptance-based approaches. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, we help you relate to them differently—in ways that reduce struggle and increase choice.
The skills you learn will support you in your daily life, and you can come back to them again and again.

ACT is particularly helpful for anxiety, worry, and the exhausting cycle of trying to control your thoughts. Rather than fighting against difficult feelings, you'll learn to notice these experiences without getting hooked by them. Through practical exercises, you'll develop psychological flexibility—the ability to be present with discomfort while taking action toward what truly matters to you.
It's about building a rich, meaningful life alongside the challenges in life, not waiting for them to disappear first.
MCT focuses on changing how you relate to your thoughts, rather than changing the thoughts themselves. It teaches you to recognise and interrupt unhelpful thinking patterns like worry loops and rumination. If you find yourself stuck in repetitive thought cycles that feel impossible to escape, MCT helps you step back and see these patterns as mental habits rather than facts.
You'll develop practical strategies to disengage from overthinking and restore a sense of mental calm and clarity.
CFT is especially helpful if you struggle with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like you're never good enough.
This approach helps you understand how your brain developed these patterns (often as protective mechanisms) and teaches you to cultivate self-compassion instead.
Through practical exercises, you'll learn to offer yourself the same warmth and understanding you'd naturally give to a close friend or loved one.
Mindfulness is about learning to be present with your experience—without judgement, without trying to fix or change it. Through simple, practical techniques, you'll develop the ability to notice your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations as they arise, creating space between stimulus and response.
This awareness becomes a foundation for making conscious choices rather than reacting automatically to stress or difficulty.
One-to-one support at a rhythm that works for your life and capacity.

Dan slowly, but surely, helped build me back up. He gave me tools to deal with my challenges and changed how I process my thoughts. I still wobble sometimes, but his steady support made all the difference.
