Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

We offer a free 20-minute discovery call. This is a chance to ask any questions and get a feel for whether we’re the right fit before committing.

Coaching and therapy sessions are held online via secure video, allowing you to join from wherever you feel most settled.

Our focused intensives and retreats take place in person on the West Coast of Ireland, offering a grounded, natural setting.

You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a private space where you feel comfortable. We use Zoom: no account needed, just the link we’ll send you ahead of your session.

That’s completely okay. Many people reach out feeling unsure about what might be the best fit. We can talk through what’s been going on and help you decide what kind of support would feel most useful.

Working Together

We focus on your whole experience—mind, body, and daily life.
We draw from mindfulness, neuroscience, and practical tools, always in plain language, so change feels sustainable rather than like another thing to perform or get right.

While some coaching approaches focus only on strengths, we believe meaningful change also requires understanding the patterns that keep you stuck — the playing-it-safe moves, unhelpful thinking habits, and protective strategies that may once have served a purpose but now hold you back and pull you away from the life you want to build.

Sessions are collaborative and flexible. We also bring structure, practical tools, and clear direction, because we want our work together to feel supportive, focused, and genuinely useful in everyday life.
Personalised practices or small experiments between sessions can help you integrate change into your life.

Most people begin with weekly sessions, as consistency tends to create the strongest momentum for change. Over time, some people move to fortnightly sessions or use sessions more flexibly depending on their needs, goals, and stage of life.

Everyone’s pace is different, but many people begin to feel small shifts after a few sessions.
Deeper, lasting change takes time, yet even early work can bring more steadiness, clarity and confidence, and a sense of not carrying it alone.

“I’m not bracing anymore…”

At last, I feel like I’m not always on edge, waiting for the next thing to happen. Instead of running on autopilot until I fall asleep from exhaustion, I can pause and choose where I put my energy. When things do get tough, I’m way kinder to myself than I used to be.
