Restoring Clarity

Kate works with competent and thoughtful people who have been carrying too much for too long. They may be burnt out, perfectionistic, in the midst of a major life transition, or cycling through anxious thoughts. Others are feeling the subtle strain of constant pressure and not enough breathing space. Many of her clients are used to coping by pushing through, to the point where it costs them clarity and their sense of self-connection.

Her approach is compassionate, values driven and structured, Kate helps clients recognise patterns that lead to over-functioning, disconnecting or bracing against stress. She empowers them not only to manage exhaustion, but to build resilience, prevent burnout and navigate transitions with more intention and psychological flexibility.

Kate is experienced in using frameworks that enable clients to create a different response to life’s uncertainties, one that provides more choice and less struggle.
Her clinical training and lived experience of illness, loss and uncertainty inform her work. This combination gives her approach both a practical application and depth, helping clients move toward change that is neither performative nor fragile but grounded enough to last in real life.

Beyond the Office

Kate enjoys spending time by the sea, and she and her partner go for short walks or longer hikes whenever the weather allows. As an open-water swimmer and breast cancer survivor, she has a practical understanding of presence and resilience, not as an abstract concept, but as something she’s living day-to-day. She likes a good cup of coffee (or two), music and an evening in front of the fireplace.
