Meet Dan
Quieting Mental Noise,
Restoring Confidence

Dan works with high functioning adults who are tired of the pressure to perform perfectly, tiring self-doubt, and constant overthinking. Many of the people he helps are capable and outwardly successful, but they are trapped in cycles of rumination, anxiety, and self-criticism that make it difficult to think clearly, trust themselves, and feel at ease in close relationships.
He is structured, composed and insight-centred in his approach. Dan helps clients to understand what is causing the patterns they are stuck in, not just how those patterns appear on the surface, so that the work leads to more consistent and long-term change. He helps people reduce mental noise and to respond differently to anxious thoughts. Rather than just focusing on symptom management, clients can regain a more rooted sense of confidence and connection,
Dan draws on clinical experience, academic research, and teaching in his work.
His approach is shaped by both rigour and warmth, guiding clients to move away from self-critical thinking and toward greater clarity, self-trust, and honest engagement with their lives.
Dan works with individuals and couples.
